6. What’s the biggest challenge associated with being in the restaurant business?

9. Are you busier during the week or the weekend?
10. Can you show us some behind the scenes views of how you prepare a few of your more popular dishes?

12. So what’s next for Dimitri’s will you be expanding the menu or going to additional locations.
13. I understand from our research that you have a daughter and son in law in the restaurant business too, can you tell how that is? Are they competitors?
